In Outlook in general - I see a thing that says options in upper Right - but, upon clicking - I see it only refers to Searching for Text.
When I click on the Message in question - and then Double-click on it, to bring up that single message in another window - nope - I don't get that "Message Options"! I'm still curious to know why I am the ONLY one having this problem! Is NOBODY Else here on the list having this curious problem?
