Okay, I must have added the Message Options when I was working with an email
problem. I'm using Outlook 2010.

I can get to the same information in a message by clicking "File" in the
upper left, then clicking "Properties". 

After you set the Registry setting, you'll need to wait for another message
to come in before you'll see the full source.
