OK - here's the skinny. I tried going to the BLOGger website - but, as I suspected - it was blocked here at work. I did - however - manage to get to the WordPress website - and I actually created an account. The downside - looking at ANY of the WordPress webpages is a MESS! I think its Barracuda that blocks all this stuff - like, ALL Images & even Webpage Layout is blocked - so, I get Text and Links - but, even that is messed up - where the text pertaining to a link - its no where Near it.
So - in theory I can maybe update a WordPress Blog here - just can't see what the Blog REALLY Looks like - much less being able to pick a Template that I like. Maybe I can add Content here - but, then, quickly in the evenings - just check on the layout from home. Well - at least I got it started. Will post here when I make more progress...
