Hi Leland,

The USA is no longer teetering on the edge of a financial abuse

Well put . . .

President Obama has a fine record, and I'm baffled why he not running on
it.

If he ran on his record, he would get one vote - yours.

let me see:

Ended  the war in Iraq

Ending the war in Afghanistan

No terrorist attacks on the USA during his Administration

Rained justice down upon Osama bin Laden

Ended the recession

The stock market is back to near record highs, and the economy is recovering from the financial disaster of 2007

Turned the USA auto industry around

After 50 year of struggle, the USA finally has a Universal Health Care program

Improved USA international relations badly damaged by the Bush era Neoconservative foreign policies

Appointed and had confirmed two supreme court justices

He has proposed many measure to reduce the deficit and bring fiscally responsible back into government, but has been blackballed by the extreme right wing of the Republican party, that refuses to pass anything President Obama manages to bring to the floors of congress.

He has acted responsibly in exercising his executive powers on any number of important issues including immigration

budget
