kind of a payoff. No one can say the stuff you are saying and
actually believe it. Ever notice that you are the only one?
I mean, "recession over" for example - you would have to be high or
drunk to believe this sort of thing. I have heard that things are
better in Texas, but you must have heard how bad they are everywhere
else. A point three (.3) improvement is a margin of error number that
really isn't showing up in any of our budgets.

it. All you have to do is get the biggest stick, and use it on their
