Andy,
when I got this problem a few weeks ago I went to mail.google.com and
tagged all the mail in the spam box from the list and then selected "Not
spam". I haven't had any other messages from the list go into spam since.
Frank.

OK - I had a filter moving mail to a profox folder under Inbox; I
have changed it to a profox folder under Gmail (under Inbox) - we
shall see - cheers.

Create a filter that stores the email to a label in gmail. You'll
get a
warning, that it would have been sent to spam, but it wasn't because of
your filter.

Hi,
I am still getting about 60% (variable) of my mails from profoxtech
going
into the gmail spam folder - anyone got a solution for this?
