Well, the easiest way is to NOT use the NT bootloader for booting linux.
That tends to get rather ugly (you have to update the boot file
every time you upgrade your kernel). What you can do is just let
Progeny install the GRUB loader normally and add an entry of:
title Windows NT
rootnoverify (hd0,0)
chainloader +1
makeactive
to your /boot/grub/menu.lst
When you choose Windows NT from the grub boot menu it will then give you
the NT boot menu from which you can boot NT. This has worked perfectly
for me for NT, 2000, and XP
