Konrad:  my #1 wish also was to have all the documentation local..
the resulting size however was prohibitive (the docs sat about 3x the
rest of the package combined) so I abandoned that goal.  Once I get my
first official release out, I might publish a fatter version with docs
embedded if there is sufficient interest.

The context help would be nice but would require a fair bit of work..
currently it's not on my radar.
