I was not aware of the '?'. That is great. Now I want to know if any gmail users know how to use the keyboard and not the mouse to delete a message, not a conversation. I used to be able to use the keyboard to click on the down-arrow button which is now on the top of the conversation panel, and then press the up arrow key 6 times to delete a message, but now I cannot even get to the down-arrow button without the mouse.
