This Windows x86 distribution includes gtk2 version 2.24.12 and gtk3 version 3.4.4. It was obtained via the OpenSuse Build Service. http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/windows:/mingw:/win32/openSUSE_Factory/noarch/ Can't figure out what the version or the date is.
