I do not understand what you have written there well enough to
implement it properly (put differently, what I would implement based
on the reasoning you described there seems to me to be different from
what your description there of what you would implement) but that
should not be a major obstacle for you.

Presumably, though, there is some other reason you have not
implemented this yourself?
