I'm really impressed. Have produced training materials over the years delivering APL (and J) and had to apply a lot of creativity. The Notebooks seem to address every single need I've ever recognised. Right down to a PDF-type format now (they call it MDF) which can deliver live models in amongst the fancy text. I reviewed Mathematica for VECTOR a while back -- and recommended it henceforth be treated as an "APL" (array-processing language) in the growing stable of APL, J, K, Rowan, etc... But Mathematica has its own outlets and to-date VECTOR has had no more Mathematica submissions AFAIK. Real feeling that Wolfram Labs are living in the real world. And charging for it too, of course. But it's not really so expensive these days. Not the £600 when I looked a year or two back. For single private use I got it recently for £90 per year (£180 outright).
