scriptdoc has been replaced by joxygen. There was a comment about joxygen
being experimental on its wiki page
http://www.jsoftware.com/jwiki/Addons/docs/joxygen, but that no longer
applies and has been removed.

You can use joxygen for any scripts. Please follow the example mentioned at
the end of the wiki page.
