1. Separate labs would be great - let the content come pouring in and we'll
arrange it in the best way. I'd like to see 100 chapters and a dozen labs.

2. I will add an option to Debug to remove the KeepOnTop, and engage that from
the lab. I will have to see how to turn that on for other uses of Debug.

3. I will work on getting tooltips placed better.

4. I've never heard of webview & will investigate.

5. The "expert versions" are not all tacit, only the early ones. The expert
version is the version I would write for my own use, comments and
all. Sometimes it's the same as the novice version, sometimes it's tacit,
sometimes it's explicit using more advanced forms.

I was afraid to leave them out altogether for fear that a user would think,
"this J is supposed to be so terse but here it still takes several lines of
code to do xxxxx" where the expert form would be one or two lines. My hope was
that seeing how compact the expert forms are would give more reason to keep
learning.

If the expert versions do more harm than good we can remove them, but I'd like
more novice opinion on that subject.
