Hello Bill, hello all others,

I phoned with a friend of mine about the LANG=C command and he told me, that I should *NOT* *insert blanks* for instance around the equal sign. This was the stumbling stone I didn't know. Keeping this advice in mind I tried it and it works!!! (I inserted the LANG-comand at top of jqt.sh)

Thanks to all who lead me on the right way!

Andres

I got a similar report and I suggested

LANG=  jqt

perhaps LANG=C (upper case c) can also work.

what is you locale? I tested with ru_RU.UTF-8 and it works normally
by just calling jqt because jqt itself set numeric locale to C during
startup.
