Why are you running both j32 and j64? This seems like an unnecessary complication. Unless you have a strong reason, I strongly recommend that you only install and run j64.
The paths you report suggest that you are not doing a normal install. You report paths as: c:/users/j805/... A normal install is in your home folder and this would include a name. For example, I would expect to see something like: c:/users/linda/j64-805/... You might want to consider trying to do a new, clean install of J64.
