Again, I also interpret the Dictionary's text the same way as you do; that is, the m, in the entry for [email protected], is referred as "the gerund m" and I disagree with Henry's assertion "By my reading, such an m is not a gerund."
The verb producing sentence, (;:'+/')@.0 1 +/ is also sanctioned by the Dictionary as far as I can see. Perhaps is worth noticing that ((<,'+') ` (<,'/')) -: (;:'+/') 1 and (<,'+') and (<,'/') are, respectively, the atomic representations of the verb + and the adverb /.
