This updated addon seems to still be in the pipeline for package manager.
For now, you can download this:
http://honeoyeincolor.biz/graphviz.zip
It is designed to be installed in ~addons/graphics/graphviz.

But how? So far as I can see, Package Manager can install only what’s available
directly from J Software.
And the “install” verb, introduced in J807, base library 9.7.15, for installing
directly from github, does not seem applicable, as the files obtained from
graphviz.zip do not contain the requisite manifest.ijs.
