You are welcome. I did the first cut of the upgrade and JQT conversion and
Chris cleaned it up significantly.
Re progs.svg, it is an odd situation. It is not part of the Sequential Machine
examples of Kobchenko. But perhaps it fits better there than where it is.
I may just remove it.

But how? So far as I can see, Package Manager can install only what’s
available directly from J Software.
And the “install” verb, introduced in J807, base library 9.7.15, for installing
directly from github, does not seem applicable, as the files obtained from
graphviz.zip do not contain the requisite manifest.ijs.
