One of the topics in my vast storehouse of J ignorance was

<http://code.jsoftware.com/wiki/Vocabulary/Dissect#Labs>. Truth is, I
still haven’t spent much time there — instead I eased into it by
updating everything using Package Manager (in particular Debug,
Dissect, and the Labs) and running the Dissect Labs.
Not only did I learn about the Dissect tool (really outstanding!), I
learned a great deal more about the J Language. OK, I had a lot to
learn, but I am now in a much better position to understand,
experiment and try different things.
If I didn’t already know how smart everyone here is, I would challenge
you all to do these labs without learning something new. This tool is
amazing!
Hi Jim,
thank you very much for the hint. I already knew about dissect and used
it while trying to understand some expressions I stumbled across
somewhere in one of the essays in "50 Shades of J".
However, I never thought about studying dissect itself more intensely
and do the labs, but it seems a rather promising idea for this
weekend...
Regards,
Thomas
