There is an example in fvj4:
load '~addons/graphics/fvj4/ped8.ijs'
Then if you open an 8 bit palette bmp, e.g.
nearp4m.bmp from the addon, you get a
form with the image and a 16 by 16 array
showing the palette, from which you can select
and edit individual palette entries.
