J default printout is 6 digits. This is easily changed. There is also a default tolerance level where, if a number is close enough to being an integer it will be treated as that integer.

In this case the print precision can be set to 16 by   9!:11 ]16

+. 1 o. 1j1e_100

0.8414709848078965 0

 This doesn't deal with the tolerance. someone else may be able to clarify this.
