We need more information to help take this issue from "nearly impossible to
diagnose" down to merely "difficult to accurately diagnose":

(1) Which antivirus system? (And, what was the exact message it gave?)

(2) Which version of Windows?

(3) Which version of J?

The possibilities here roughly fall into four categories:

(1) Corrupted archive, or

(2) False positive, or

(3) False flag (something else wrong on friend's system), or

(4) New requirements

Depending on the available details we might also need follow-up efforts
(like, maybe: shasums of archive) to help categorize this issue...
