Don,
Though I am not an expert at this (in other words,
FWIW), I have had difficulties before changing attachments
and have learned that the key is to click on the "More
actions" button near the top of the page you are editting.
Select "Attachments" and proceed. But you may also need to
go back to the "More actions" button if the delete does not
work; in that case it may help to select "Delete cache" from
the "More actions" button.
