Attachments are not versioned as of now. To replace an attachment, you need to delete the old one. Then proceed as you would with a new one: - put "attachment:file.ext" in text - save - click the link 'Upload new attachment "file.ext"'
List of existing attachments, where you also can delete from, is accessed from the "More Actions" menu.
