Attachments are not versioned as of now.
To replace an attachment, you need to
delete the old one. Then proceed as you
would with a new one:
 - put "attachment:file.ext" in text
 - save
 - click the link 'Upload new attachment "file.ext"'

List of existing attachments, where you also
can delete from, is accessed from the "More Actions" menu.

To get a list of pages you contributed you need to

 - follow Authorship section in
   http://www.jsoftware.com/jwiki/EditingGuidelines
 - go to your page
 - click your name on the page title
It issues a query, which lists your pages
