The J dictionary said
The fit conjunction (!.) and 9!:10 specify the number of digits for
floating-point numbers

It does not mention integers. I found monad ": on integer ignores print
precision setting.

   ":(!.5)123456789+2.2-2.2

So that monad ": will ignore !. and pp, but will always print all digits for
integers and extended integers, am I correct?
