It's disconcerting to observe how much effort is put into fighting with spaces in the path. There is a reason why people prefer not to use spaces in paths for work. Even other measures are used like mapping a drive, u:/work, to avoid the troubles and move between environments and versions.
Another thing is crossing the Windows/cygwin boundary: you need to be clearly aware which shell is being currently executed and observe calling, escaping and naming conventions appropriately. E.g. "./" is not fit for Windows. One solution could be is a glue .bat file, which will instantiate cygwin shell and call (possibly a glue shell script) executable there. First try to run it from cmd.exe console from J folder with the same arguments. If it runs from there, it should run from with the "shell" verb. --- Bill Harris <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- > Hash: SHA1 > > "Devon McCormick" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> writes: > > > Oops - sorry - I've had it so long I've forgotten that it's my own: > > np.
