Is there some reason you can't use 15!:0 to access that function?
(There are some contexts where that is an issue, and I think some
future version of J -- perhaps j6.02? -- will address those but,
under j6.01, 15!:0 is about as good as it gets. But, of course,
you can write a 15!:0 verb which itself takes some parameter
which represent function pointer which it then calls.)
