Yes. But don't forget that ":y is likely not going to make it when y
happens to be negative. Common pitfall, and the last time I checked
(two weeks ago), there's nothing better in the primitives and standard
library than a
require 'strings'
'_-'&charsub@":
If I'm missing something, please let me know. (I am aware of "fmt"
but that's only for integers.)
