You need a grid for the sticks. Try this
   load 'plot'
   im=: (# ,:@i.)/
   xy=: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ; |:@im@|[EMAIL PROTECTED] ; ]
   'stick' plot xy 10 20 [EMAIL PROTECTED] 100
