In earlier versions of the socket script, cover verbs for all socket
verbs were defined in z. Some time ago, we removed the cover verbs as we
prefer to avoid defining large numbers of cover verbs in z in the
standard scripts. You can still get the old cover verbs by loading
script '~system/extras/migrate/socket.ijs'.
