I should've said "Raul's original idea".  And, while I'm giving credit
where it's due, let me correct a couple of other blunders.  

As Pepe pointed out [1], in [2] I should've mentioned that Roger
collaborated with Oleg to produce the final "map" in [3]:

contribution in [6]:

though I was responding to Viktor's tacit expression of Raul's core idea in
