I found a site which, translated through google, gives a gross
approximation of Chinese characters:

     http://xrl.us/U770F

According to that, Roger is, on average, "mesh is unknown" or "hate
depending on".

So let's try <. in place of >. :

            <.@(+/%#) 35377 22283 33775
        30478

Pasting the Unicode character U+770E into the search box on the same site:

      http://xrl.us/U770E

We find this character means "Look at, inspect, observe, see". Better:
"more often than not, Roger sees things clearly".
