A neat idea, but I'm afraid that doing this would raise the barrier for 
contributions to the JRT and Tutorial Dictionary, higher that we would 
want. At least, I'm pretty sure I don't have the skills to edit such a 
dynamic document. That is the beauty of the wiki page. Anyone can edit it.

That being said, I have used content managers in the past that had some 
of the features you mention, and the editing learning curve wasn't too 
bad . They were all very expensive, though. The free and open-source CMs 
that are out there mostly don't have the features that you propose.
