OK Here is how I understand it.
The list is obviously central to the game. The list will be kept central and the teacher creates/adds to the list centrally. There will be problems introduced and possible right and wrong answers available to choose from? So the pupil will be sitting at a computer at a browser and be served the problems and possible answers one at a time from the server computer and giving back an answer to the central computer.
