Looks like Bill Lam has added libexpat64.dll to the addon in JAL. http://www.jsoftware.com/trac/addons/timeline Once someone has confirmed that the addon fixes now work as intended, a new version of the addon can be released that should work fine without any further intervention by users (other than updating to the new addon version).
