Charles Turner asked: > Is there a hashtag for J? Not an easy search term... Bob Therriault responded: > I have seen #jlang used Yep! Also, a good entry point to Jitter (Jabber?) is Tracy's j-coders list: http://twitter.com/#!/kaleidic/j-coders You can click on the "following" tab to see its members. A number of familiar faces from the Fora on there! (Also new faces learning J.) > it can be a bit ambiguous with other users > incorporating different meanings The bigger issue I see with #jlang is that it's rarely used, relative to the density of tweets about J. Character space is very dear on Twitter (140 chars max per post), and 6 chars is no small cost. -Dan PS: One fun game is to try to post a coherent message in _exactly_ 140 characters (especially if it's properly punctuated & without nonstandard abbreviations; i.e. without "cheating"). It can be a creative process. As far as constrained writing goes, it's not exactly an achievement on par with composing a haiku, but it can be gratifying :) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For information about J forums see http://www.jsoftware.com/forums.htm
