As Thomas points out this would seem to be a long standing bug in the
installer. It is unlikely to get fixed any time soon. I think a reasonable
workaround is:

1. with admin privilege move j64-701 folder to correct program files folder
2. manually edit launch icons as necessary to reflect new location
