Hmmm... So you seem to get the behavior on Windows for all combinations of 32 vs 64 bit Windows/R and J602/J701.
I don't get it on 32-bit Windows/R for either J602/J701. I wonder if the issue is a Chip architecture one? The Windows machine that works OK for me is Intel, whereas the Linux box that gives the error is AMD.
