Agreed, but given it is not working for him and that it does work when he coinserts pcsv (which is defined by the tables/csv addon), I suspect that he has followed the instructions on the tables/csv addon wiki page to replace the entry for csv in PUBLIC_j_. The change I suggested (or his) should both still work for users that still have csv pointed to the original script.
