I am not completely sure I understand what you mean, but if you are
concerned about the treatment of numbers which are equal to the
probabilistic number, I think you could use -. to work around the
issue that ?0 results are guaranteed to be less than 1:

For example, simulating ?2 using ?0:
   0.5 I.-.?0
