Yes, but we should probably be using [email protected] to talk
about it.  I have Cc'd that forum, and will drop programming forum
from my future replies.

A robust build system would be nice also.

Currently, some build environments are not supported (e.g. cygwin),
and some require some work before you can build (e.g. visual studio --
though hypothetically someone has a fork where it builds without extra
work).

And then there's the usual "changes that will be adopted should change
no more than they need to" constraint.
