Actually, it turns out that sometimes jijx window fails after a restart of jhs.

Just now, I got the following popup from hitting return in jijx window:

  ajax request failed
  response code 409
  application did not produce result
  try browsing to url again
  additional info in jijx

An issue might be that I upgraded various things through jal, then
came back to that jijx page before restarting j.

Anyways, I very much want starting jhs to spawn a jijx browser window
for that jhs instance.
