Great to hear that you have JHS running.  That is what I wanted to hear.

To be perfectly honest, distribution is a likely to remain a little
ad-hoc until I get it into the Android Market which I hope to do in
30-60 days, feedback permitting.  Your steps do not quite match
anything I have tried, but it the bundle works, I'll take it.  I found
hitting the linked directly from within the Android browser worked
very smoothly for me, as does receiving as a gmail attachment.
