[Jprogramming] retreiving Excel cells into J

The tutorial J OLE Server for Excel in j602 (User Manual) shows how to
put a variant datatype from J into a range in an Excel worksheet.
Is it possible to transfer cells from an Excel worksheet into J? (Cut
and paste does'nt work; J does'nt like it).
