I noticed that CDN still contains the from VDatum (gtx) to GeoTIFF (tif) converted geoid grid https://cdn.proj.org/nl_nsgi_naptrans2018.tif for the Netherlands, although it isn’t listed in https://cdn.proj.org/nl_nsgi_README.txt I thought I removed that grid from PROJ when I corrected the metadata of the other GeoTIFF grids for the Netherlands, but apparently I missed something. It doesn’t make sense to distribute that grid as GeoTIFF, because it is only usable for PROJ versions that did not yet support GeoTIFF.
