We use to keep old grids on the CDN even when they are removed in a
later version of PROJ-data. That way people things will still work for
people that use an older PROJ version
Are we completely sure that nobody no longer use nl_nsgi_naptrans2018.tif ?

I noticed that CDN still contains the from VDatum (gtx) to GeoTIFF
(tif) converted geoid grid
https://cdn.proj.org/nl_nsgi_naptrans2018.tif for the Netherlands,
although it isn’t listed in https://cdn.proj.org/nl_nsgi_README.txt I
thought I removed that grid from PROJ when I corrected the metadata of
the other GeoTIFF grids for the Netherlands, but apparently I missed
something. It doesn’t make sense to distribute that grid as GeoTIFF,
because it is only usable for PROJ versions that did not yet support
GeoTIFF.
Can someone help to get the GeoTIFF version removed completely?
Jochem
