Hi I was hoping to test the 9.6 release to see how it runs on Windows. Usually the proj DLL is in https://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/v2/x86_64/release/proj in a folder called something like proj96-runtime. I see everything else I am expecting for 9.6.0, but not this one critical part. Am I too early?
