Hi Tibor,
Don.t worry, many thanks for your answer.
htOtp://documents.ct.infn.it/record/343/files/CIEMAT_AAM.pdf: Recid
343' is not connected with docname 'CIEMAT_AAM'
This type of errors indicate that the link between the records and the
attached files was somehow broken. Looking at this record, it seems
that your MARCXML format for this record is fine, but your MARC format
is not, compare the following two URLs:
good:<http://documents.ct.infn.it/record/343/export/xm>
bad:<http://documents.ct.infn.it/record/343/export/hm>
This may indicate that your bibfmt table is OK, but your bibxxx tables
are somehow now populated. Have you touched your bibliographic tables
in any way?
No . No, I'm sorry, but I never touch those tables.
Can you have a look at say bibrec, bibrec_bib24x, and
bib24x tables to see what is stored there? Are they empty?
I checked those tables (bibrec....) and they are NOT empty.
So, is there a script or a procedure in order to regenerate those tables?
If so, how
this may have happened? (In the worst of cases you will have to
regenerate your bibxxx tables from MARCXML.)
P.S. The link between the record and the attached files is stored in the
bibrec, bibrec_bibdoc, and bibdoc tables; you may want to check the
contents of those too.
After that you think that will I have to modify the link between the
record and the attached files?
Thanks
Rita
