The Document File Manager (submit/managefiles) should show HIDDEN status
of files, if they are hidden.
Note that it should not allow to un-hide files over the web, or otherwise
allow to manipulate these files in any way, for security reasons.
(BTW, a link to Document File Manager should be added also to Your Account
page's menu at the bottom, in the Your Administrative Activities section.
Can be done alongside this ticket.)
